InspectRealEstate is a company that was established in 2011 in Brisbane by Andrew Reece and Mike van Raders.

Andrew Reece, with over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, is renowned for his practical strategies for growth. He has a solid background in accounting and has worked with major real estate firms, including bringing the franchise of RE/MAX to Australia. He also co-founded prorentals.com.au, a property management company that grew significantly under his leadership. His experiences in the industry, particularly the challenges of manually handling tenant inspections and bookings, led him to co-create InspectRealEstate, a platform that automates these tasks.

Mike van Raders, the other co-founder of InspectRealEstate, has an extensive background in electronics engineering and significant experience in developing and managing software systems, specifically in property management. As the CTO of InspectRealEstate, Mike oversees the company’s technical development, leveraging his over 12 years of experience in creating software solutions for property management.
